The role you play  

Revenue Integrity 

  • Perform routine financial data audits to ensure billing accuracy and revenue integrity. 
    • Validate CRM opportunity hygiene and data inputs. 
    • Audit customer projects to confirm PSA data aligns with contracts. 
    • Conduct trend analysis, regression audits, and end-to-end reconciliations to prevent revenue leakage. 
  • Perform root cause analysis of audit findings and drive timely issue resolution with stakeholders. 
  • Identify global process and system gaps, and lead corrective actions with stakeholders and IT. 
  • Report on issue resolution outcomes, including financial impact. 
  • Design and implement new audits and controls in response to system or process changes. 
  • Oversee all Finance Operations internal audits: 
    • Collaborate with team members to create and update audit procedures. 
    • Ensure findings are resolved appropriately. 
    • Document findings and nuances for future reference by team members.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and scorecards with KPIs to measure financial performance. 
  • Support ad hoc financial analysis and projects for assigned organizations. 

Application Support 

  • Design and configure PSA system builds for customer projects: 
    • Lead project budget and billing setup to align Sales, Service Delivery, Accounting, and Talent. 
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to confirm project information and follow up as needed. 
    • Build team structures, financial milestones, and revenue allocations. 
    • Document updates, decisions, and changes to the client projects.
  • Verify inputs align with CRM data and executed contracts. 
  • Review billing maintenance requests for accuracy and completeness, ensuring alignment with contracts and system data. 
  • Perform monthly system audits and updates to support Accounting’s month-end close. 
  • Serve as the primary liaison with Accounting for billing-related inquiries and issue resolution. 

Team & Process Improvement 

  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. 
  • Collect and analyze team performance and quality metrics to support management decisions. 

What we’re looking for  

We expect:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting (or equivalent combination of education and experience) 
  • Typically, 2 - 4 years’ experience in operational and/or financial analysis 
  • Practical project management experience in a professional setting. 
  • Solid business knowledge and proven financial analysis skills. 
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.)
