Job Description

The Associate Recruiter – Sourcing and Screening supports the recruitment team by assisting with candidate sourcing, talent pipeline development, and recruitment coordination activities. This role helps identify potential candidates, maintain candidate information, and support recruiters throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a remote environment, in country.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases.
• Support the development and maintenance of candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach, preliminary screening and qualification activities.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support recruiters with administrative and coordination activities related to talent acquisition.
• Ensure assigned work is completed accurately and within established timelines.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail when documenting candidate information and recruitment activities.
• Effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Build collaborative relationships with team members and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and self-discipline while working remotely.

Qualifications

Position Requirements

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

• Associate's degree preferred.

Experience:

• 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, and/or human resources

• Exposure to recruiting or talent acquisition activities

• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn, or other sourcing tools is a plus

Exposure:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated discipline and accountability while working in a remote setting.

Language Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, required.
• Portuguese language proficiency is a plus.
