Job Description
The Associate Account Executive drives provider and parent growth across Texas by launching and expanding a kids’ activities platform in local markets. In this high-impact, entrepreneurial role, you pitch and sign camps, after-school programs, and children’s activity providers, while building local awareness and encouraging parent engagement. You work closely with the founding team, operate in a fast-paced environment, and play a key role in making it easier for families to find and book great activities for their children.

Work Environment
This role operates in a fully remote environment within Texas, with a strong preference for candidates based in or near Houston, followed by Austin and the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You work primarily from a suitable home office or quiet space that allows for professional phone and video conversations with providers and parents. The position involves regular virtual collaboration with the founding team and colleagues, as well as field-based meetings with local providers when needed. The culture emphasizes autonomy, startup pace, and meaningful impact over traditional high-pressure sales tactics, with a focus on helping families and providers rather than solely maximizing revenue. Commission is paid monthly on a bonus incentive scale, and the role offers the opportunity to grow with the organization as it expands across Texas.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $31.00/hr.
