Responsibilities:
- Assist the Administrator in overseeing daily operational and administrative functions of the agency
- Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and patient care assignments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and compliance with state and federal health care regulations
- Serve as a point of contact for staff, patients, and families to address inquiries and resolve concerns
- Support billing, payroll, and other administrative processes as needed
- Monitor and enforce agency policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards
- Assist with onboarding, training, and supervision of home health care staff
Requirements:
- Prior experience in health care administration, home health, or a related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of home health care regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and health care management software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic, patient-centered environment
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration or related field preferred
