The Assistant Project Manager supports the lead Project Manager in coordinating construction and fabrication activities, including scheduling, invoicing, and documentation. They are responsible for maintaining project records, managing sign installations, and ensuring project budgets and timelines are met.
Job Summary:
Assistant Project Managers are responsible for supporting a lead Project Manager on various scopes of an overall project. Assistant Project Managers are designated to an account and will work closely with Project Managers as team members to assist in the management of construction and fabrication activities related to assigned projects.
This typically includes Smartsheet schedules, invoicing documentation, internal processes for production releases, coordinating the paperwork needed for design, permitting, and installation. They can also manage their own mid-sized projects with PM or Director oversight.
The ideal candidate will be proficient with multi-site healthcare rebrand with a strong emphasis in sign programs supporting various markets throughout the U.S.
