Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for an Assistant Program Manager, Healthcare Operations to support healthcare administrative operations serving military treatment facilities throughout Hawaii and the Pacific Northwest. Working closely with the Program Manager, this remote position will assist with staffing, workflow coordination, employee performance, reporting, training, and daily operational needs associated with patient appointing and referral management services.

What You'll Do
- Support the Program Manager with daily operations and employee coordination
- Assist with staffing schedules, workload coverage, and operational assignments
- Track attendance, training, productivity, quality, and performance information
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and program documentation
- Assist with employee onboarding and implementation of new processes
- Help identify workflow concerns and coordinate appropriate solutions
- Communicate regularly with remote employees, supervisors, leadership, and other program stakeholders
- Support patient appointing, referral management, and related healthcare administrative workflows
- Assist with maintaining consistent procedures across Hawaii and Washington operations
- Support process improvement initiatives
- Provide operational support in the Program Manager's absence
- Travel to Bremerton, WA as needed to support program operations
Position Requirements
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Healthcare Administration, Management, or a closely related field
- Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible administrative, operations, team lead, or supervisory experience
- Experience supporting staffing, scheduling, workflow coordination, reporting, or employee performance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and strong technical aptitude
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
- Self-directed and able to successfully work in a remote environment
- Access to secure, reliable high-speed internet
- Ability to travel to Bremerton, WA as needed
- Ability to successfully complete applicable federal background requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Healthcare administrative or healthcare operations experience
- Federal government, DoD, or military healthcare experience
- Experience supporting remote or geographically dispersed teams
- Experience with healthcare call centers, patient access, appointment scheduling, or referral management
- Familiarity with DHA, TRICARE, MHS GENESIS, or similar healthcare systems
