Assistant Manager - Instructional Design and Training Delivery

The Assistant Manager - Instructional Design and Learning Delivery is a role for the NHI Group. The functional scope of this role includes needs analysis and instructional design; material development; training delivery and evaluation; training quality assurance; project management; budget management; and training records while performing other related tasks for the NHI Group. The Assistant Manager - Instructional Design and Learning Experience reports to the Learning & Growth and Quality Assurance Group Manager.

Work Tools:

1. Proficient in Office 365 and Google Workspace tools.

2. Proficient (Intermediate-to-Advanced) in Articulate 360 AI, Articulate Storyline, and AI-generated & supported applications.

3. Proficient (Intermediate) in MOOCs and other open content, and online learning platforms like LMSs, LXPs, and LMXPs small-to-medium or enterprise scale.
