  1. Proficient in Office 365 and Google Workspace tools especially MS Excel and Sheets for database management (Intermediate-to-Advanced) and Power BI and Looker Studio Pro for dashboarding at work (Intermediate-to-Advanced).

  2. Proficient (Intermediate-to-Advanced) in Articulate 360 AI, Articulate Storyline, and AI-generated & supported applications.

  3. Proficient (Intermediate) in MOOCs and other open content, and online learning platforms like LMSs, LXPs, and LMXPs small-to-medium or enterprise scale.
