The Office of International Services is seeking an Assistant Director, International Employee & Scholar Services. This is a full-time (1.00 FTE), 12-month, professional faculty position.
The Office of International Services (OIS) within the Division of Student Affairs, is a mission-driven, collaborative team that supports Oregon State University’s global community through advocacy, education, service, outreach, and engagement. OIS serves as a central university resource for international students, employees, scholars, visitors, hiring units, and campus partners, helping advance OSU’s internationalization efforts and the free exchange of ideas and cultures. The Assistant Director, International Employee and Scholar Servicers role offers an opportunity to contribute to meaningful, high-impact work that supports OSU’s ability to recruit, hire, and retain international employees and scholars. The successful candidate will join a team that values compliance, service excellence, problem-solving, and strong partnerships across the university, while helping provide clear guidance and operational support in a complex and evolving immigration environment. OIS is identified as OSU’s central resource providing advising on visa and immigration matters for international students, employees and scholars.

This position is designated as a critical or security-sensitive position; therefore, the incumbent must successfully complete a criminal history check and be determined to be position qualified as per University Standard: 05-010 et seq. Incumbents are required to self-report convictions and those in youth programs may have additional criminal history checks every 24 months.
