How you will make an impact:

  • Build stronger customer relationships through frequent onsite visits, allowing for deeper trust, personalized solutions, and long-term partnerships.
  • Spot real-world needs firsthand by walking customer facilities, identifying safety gaps, and recommending the right A-SAFE products with confidence and credibility.
  • Accelerate the sales cycle by handling demos, assessments, and decision-making conversations in person, reducing delays and increasing close rates.
  • Expand market reach by visiting new territories, uncovering new opportunities, and strengthening A-SAFE’s presence across the region.
  • Provide immediate feedback to the team on market trends, competitor activity, and customer challenges discovered while onsite.
  • Drive revenue and growth through proactive prospecting, territory management, and consistent in-person engagement that creates measurable sales impact.

  • Self-motivated, independent performers who can work efficiently on the road and from home without needing constant oversight.
  • Exceptional relationship-builder who thrives in face-to-face interactions and can confidently engage customers at their facilities.
  • Strong organizational and territory-management skills to balance travel schedules, customer visits, follow-ups, and remote work responsibilities.
  • Problem-solver with technical aptitude can assess customer needs onsite and effectively present solutions that align with the company’s products and goals.
