About the Role:

Snapscale is looking for an experienced Healthcare Virtual Assistant (HVA) with appointment setting experience to join our team as a skilled US Clinic Coordinator in a remote setup. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless patient experience through accurate scheduling, communication, and healthcare coordination. Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify patient benefits and insurance coverage
  • Reactivate past patients and maintain engagement
  • Answer inbound calls and assist with inquiries
  • Follow up on appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Make outbound calls to leads and potential patients
  • Schedule and reschedule patient appointments efficiently
  • Process refills and follow clinic policies
  • Manage electronic medical records (EMR)
  • Audit labs and follow up on missing results
  • Monitor and oversee virtual clinic kiosk workflows

Requirements

  • Experience in appointment setting (scheduling, rescheduling, confirming appointments, and patient follow-ups) is required
  • Must have experience working with US-based clinics and/or healthcare environments
  • Experience in EMR, insurance verification, patient coordination, and inbound call handling
  • Experience in processing refills, auditing labs, and following up on lab results
  • Medical billing and coding experience is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Must have stable internet connection and a dedicated quiet workspace for remote work
