In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, acting as a critical bridge between initial interest and closed deals. Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to identify and qualify B2B leads.
- Manage a consistent pipeline of prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups and meticulous lead tracking.
- Navigate complex corporate structures to reach key decision-makers.
- Articulate the value proposition clearly to overcome objections and generate interest.
- Schedule qualified discovery calls and meetings for the senior sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions within the CRM system.
Requirements
- Native or professional fluency in German (C1/C2 level).
- Full professional bilingual proficiency in English.
- Proven experience in B2B appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales.
- Ability to maintain high energy and productivity in a high-volume cold-calling environment.
- Exceptional communication, active listening, and persuasion skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a demanding daily workflow.
