• Make outbound cold calls to U.S.-based businesses using company-provided prospect lists and hosted phone system

• Reach business owners, executives, IT leaders, office managers, and other decision-makers

• Introduce Level Technologies and communicate its value proposition clearly and naturally

• Ask thoughtful discovery questions about the prospect's current technology setup, providers, contracts, and challenges

• Identify opportunities across internet/fiber, phone systems, managed IT, cybersecurity, mobility, cameras/access control, and related services

• Qualify prospects before booking to confirm there is a real reason for a sales conversation

• Schedule qualified meetings directly on the Owner/CEO's calendar (e.g., Calendly)

• Connect prospects with the Owner/CEO via email when they have quick questions that don't need a full meeting

• Send follow-up emails after calls as needed

• Manually log prospect information, call notes, follow-up dates, and opportunity details in the CRM (no automations in place)

• Follow up consistently with interested prospects who aren't ready to meet yet

• Learn Level Technologies' services well enough to spot opportunities and speak confidently with prospects

• Take part in ongoing coaching, role-play, and sales training
