Position Overview:

 

We are expanding rapidly and are seeking two skilled and motivated Appointment Setters to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in our growth by initiating conversations with attorneys, qualifying their interests, and ultimately setting appointments for our sales team. If you are a self-starter who thrives on building relationships and has a passion for helping professionals establish their authority, we want to hear from you!

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct inbound and outbound outreach to attorneys, initiating conversations to gauge interest in our podcast services.
  • Engage in meaningful dialogues by asking insightful questions and effectively handling objections.
  • Demonstrate persistence through consistent follow-up until clear decisions are made (yes or no).
  • Schedule calls for our team with interested leads.
  • Maintain organization of leads using our CRM and scheduling tools.

 

Key Requirements:

 

  • Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or business development roles (SDR, BDR).
  • Strong capability in outreach and follow-up communications.
  • Comfortable engaging with legal professionals and navigating gatekeepers.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, confident speaking on calls.
  • High degree of organization and a self-motivated work ethic.
  • Experience working with lawyers or marketing agencies is a significant advantage.
  • Native English speaker preferred.

 

Technical Requirements:

 

  • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and scheduling software.

 

Soft Skills:

 

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for starting conversations and building rapport.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle objections gracefully.
  • Persuasive communication style that inspires confidence in potential clients.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Benefits

  • Salary: $2,400 – $2,500 per month.
  • Bonus Structure:
    • $25 for each appointment that leads to a contract sent.
    • $75 for any client purchase.
    • $100 total bonus for each successful deal.
