Position:  Appointment Coordinator/ Inside Sales Representative - Fully Remote

Our Services: Wet Area Remodeling (Showers, Tubs & Walk-in Tubs)

What You’ll Do: 

• Convert Leads into Loyal Customers: Engage with prospects to turn them into satisfied, repeat customers.
• Respond to Inquiries: Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Follow Up with Customers: Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, confirm sales appointments, and maintain customer engagement.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service: Assist customers via phone, text, and email, and accurately record their information in our systems. 
• Update Customer Data: Track and update customer information throughout the sales funnel to ensure accurate and effective management.

What You Should Know:

Schedule:   Shifts vary weekly and all hours are Pacific Time:

• 37 - 40 hours work week in 5 shifts that fluctuate each week.
• Weekdays: The earliest shift starts at 7:45am and ends at 4:15pm
• Weekdays: The latest shift starts at 10:45am and ends at 7:15pm
• Saturdays and Sundays: 8:45am to 5:15pm

Compensation: 

• $17.75 per hour + bonuses (the average would be $50k+ to start)
• Paid Bi-Montly
• Stipend for internet provided. 

• 8 paid holidays per year.
• 80 hours vacation per year.
• 40 hours sick time per year.
• Eligible to participate in the company 401(k) after 90 days!
• Access to company insurance plans; purchase health, dental and vision in with pre-tax dollars and at a lower rate.
• Medical: The Company will contribute 50% of the cost of the lowest plan. These plans are offered through Anthem Blue Cross, Kaiser, and Mediexel.
