What You Will Be Doing

• The Integrator is responsible for the following:
• Provide remote troubleshooting support for SCADA, PLC, Ignition, and related automation systems.
• Monitor alarms and system health for client infrastructure (e.g., solar, BMS, industrial).
• Respond to and resolve ticketed support requests within defined SLAs.
• Participate in a rotational on-call schedule for after-hours, weekend, and holiday coverage.
• Document all actions in the ticketing system and maintain detailed records of incidents and solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis and escalate critical issues as needed.
• Collaborate with project and development teams to implement system improvements based on support findings.
• Other duties as assigned

What You Need for this Position

• Hands-on experience with industrial automation systems, preferably in a support or commissioning role.
• Solid understanding of SCADA platforms, PLC logic, and Ignition software.
• Familiarity with industrial protocols like Modbus, OPC UA, and related communication architectures.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and secure remote connectivity.
• Experience with ticketing systems and structured support workflows.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Clear and professional client communication skills via email and ticketing systems.
