Application Developer (Legacy & Cloud Integration Specialist) 

We’re looking for a skilled Application Developer! Join us at SyBridge Technologies to take ownership of our critical business applications. You will be the go-to person for troubleshooting complex legacy systems while driving our modernization efforts through Microsoft Power Platform and Azure.

Position Summary: We are seeking a technical "Problem Solver" to maintain and modernize our diverse application landscape. You will bridge the gap between legacy operational systems and modern cloud-based automation. The ideal candidate has a deep technical background in SQL, is comfortable diving into various codebases to troubleshoot issues, and is passionate about building scalable solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. 

Key Responsibilities: 
• Legacy System Maintenance: Analyze, troubleshoot, and maintain existing legacy applications (JobVision, Punch Clock Systems, etc.). You must be comfortable reading and debugging code across various frameworks. 
• Advanced Database Management: Lead the maintenance and optimization of SQL Server databases with a heavy focus on advanced T-SQL scripting and performance tuning. 
• Automation & Modernization: Architect and support workflows and automation using Microsoft Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Power Apps. 
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Support application environments within Microsoft Azure. Administer application servers and ensure system availability. 
• Data & Reporting: Maintain data pipelines and reporting solutions using Power BI and Azure Data Factory. 
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and fix system bottlenecks. Drive the transition from legacy manual processes to automated cloud solutions. 

Qualifications: 
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 
• 5+ years of experience in Software Development / Application maintenance. 
• Must-Have: Advanced proficiency in SQL and T-SQL scripting. 
• Must-Have: Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Logic Apps. 
• Strong aptitude for troubleshooting legacy code and learning unfamiliar frameworks quickly. 
• Nice to have: Linux administration, Azure Cloud certification, Git, Dynamics 365, or Salesforce knowledge. 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving mindset.
