Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Closing

  • Own and drive regional revenue targets ($5M–$15M+ annually, territory dependent)
  • Carry and close a personal sales quota ($2M+ annually)
  • Close high-value enterprise and strategic accounts

Lead Generation & Pipeline Development

  • Proactively generate new business through outbound prospecting
  • Develop target account lists and vertical strategies
  • Maintain minimum 3x pipeline coverage at all times
  • Conduct consistent outbound outreach (calls, email, networking, referrals)
  • Convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities

Team Leadership

  • Coach and hold 2+ sales representatives accountable to quota
  • Lead weekly pipeline reviews and forecasting sessions
  • Ensure disciplined CRM usage and deal tracking

Operational Discipline

  • Structure deals to protect and maximize gross margin
  • Collaborate with operations and procurement on Apple programs
  • Maintain forecast accuracy within ±10%

Quota & Performance Expectations

  • Personal Revenue Target: $2M+ annually
  • Regional/Team Revenue Target: Multi-million-dollar territory goal
  • Maintain 3x pipeline coverage
  • Weekly outbound activity minimums
  • 100%+ quota attainment expectation
  • Forecast accuracy within ±10%

This role is accountable for new revenue generation — not account maintenance alone.

Compensation Structure

Base Salary: $50,000 – $75,000

Commission Plan:

  • 8%–12% of gross margin on personal sales
  • Accelerators up to 15% for exceeding quota

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $110,000 – $200,000+
Uncapped earnings potential

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Apple or technology sales
