Role Overview

As an Analytics Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development, enhancement, and adoption of our analytics product portfolio. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, business intelligence, and business stakeholders to define product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery. Your expertise in data, analytics, business strategy, and operational transformation will be instrumental in shaping product roadmaps, maximizing business value, and enabling adoption across the enterprise.

  • This is a 100% Remote position

Responsibilities 

  • Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our analytics product portfolio,  ensuring alignment with business priorities and enterprise objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize product capabilities, define detailed product requirements, and identify high-value opportunities, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer value, and measurable business outcomes
  • Work closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to translate business requirements into scalable analytics products, technical specifications, and user-centric designs 
  • Facilitate discovery workshops, roadmap discussions, stakeholder alignment sessions to define product vision, priorities, and future state operating models
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve product functionality, usability, adoption, and performance
  • Create and maintain product artifacts, including business cases, roadmaps, user stories, success metrics, presentations, and supporting documentation
  • Monitor and analyze product success metrics, user behavior, and business outcomes to identify areas for optimization and inform future product enhancements and roadmap decisions 
  • Perform research, business analysis, data analysis, and value case development to support product strategy, operational decision making, and solution validation
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on analytics products, providing guidance and support to internal teams 
  • Support change management, training, communication, and adoption activities to ensure analytics products are effectively embedded into business operations
  • Define product success metrics, adoption goals, and value realization measures that demonstrate product effectiveness and business impact
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and best practices in data analytics and product management, incorporating them into product strategy, roadmap planning, and innovation opportunities
     

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least three to five (3 – 5) years of experience in Product Management, Analytics Product Management, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, Consulting, or related disciplines
  • Experience developing product roadmaps, business cases, and value realization frameworks
  • Experience partnering with business stakeholders, analytics teams, and technology teams
  • Expertise in product strategy, stakeholder management, requirements definition, roadmap development, analytics adoption, and value realization
  • Familiarity with analytics and visualization platforms such as Tableau and Power BI
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and structure problem statements, desired outcomes, project goals, and timelines
