The Responsible AI QA Analyst (India) supports the testing and validation of AI models and systems for adherence to ethical, regulatory, and internal policy guidelines. This role works closely with data scientists, developers, and business stakeholders to design and execute test plans that ensure AI solutions meet Responsible AI (RAI) standards. The QA Analyst helps identify and mitigate potential risks, biases, and compliance issues in AI implementations.
 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• RAI Test Planning & Execution
• Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts specifically geared towards RAI criteria (e.g., fairness, transparency).
• Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing on AI models and systems.
• Monitoring & Reporting
• Monitor model performance and compliance throughout the AI lifecycle.
• Document and communicate test results, anomalies, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborative QA Processes
• Work with the QA engineering team to integrate RAI testing into the overall QA framework.
• Collaborate with data scientists to refine test approaches based on model updates or new RAI policies.
• Establish real time monitoring and feedback mechanism to detect performance degradation and recalibrate models accordingly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years in QA or testing roles, with at least 1 year focusing on AI/ML testing or model validation.
• Familiarity with bias detection, fairness metrics, and AI governance is a plus.
• QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB) beneficial; specialized RAI or ethical AI training is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Understanding of QA methodologies and AI-specific testing approaches.
• Effective communication skills to report and escalate findings.
