The Analyst, Global Total Rewards supports the design, administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of 11:11 Systems’ global compensation and benefits programs. This role maintains accurate rewards data, produces insights for decision-making, and helps deliver consistent, equitable, and market-informed employee programs across the countries in which 11:11 Systems operates. The right person is analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative, discreet with sensitive information, and able to translate complex data into clear recommendations for HR and business stakeholders.

This is a full-time remote role, based in India, reporting to the Global Benefits Manager. This role is expected to work standard UK business hours (1:30pm to 10:30pm IST). 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the administration of global compensation and benefits programs, including data preparation, recurring program processes, employee-impacting changes, and documentation.
  • Analyze market benchmarking, internal equity, salary structures, and compensation data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate annual and ad hoc compensation processes, including merit, incentive, promotion, and job change activities, ensuring accurate inputs, approvals, and timely completion.
  • Maintain job architecture, job description, job title, and rewards-related data in approved HR systems and repositories, including SharePoint and ADP as applicable.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and analyses for Total Rewards leadership, HR Business Partners, Finance, Payroll, and business leaders.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, People Operations, Finance, Payroll, employees, managers, benefits providers, brokers, and other external vendors to resolve questions and support effective program delivery.
  • Support global benefits planning, renewals, audits, compliance activities, employee communications, and process improvements that strengthen the employee experience and operational accuracy.
  • Work supportively with colleagues, operating in a manner that is consistent with 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company Values
  • Responsibly receive, transmit, and handle company data and information per Company data handling agreements, work procedures and policies
  • Review and follow company policies and guidelines, data privacy practices, including annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgements
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or University degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field of study or equivalent years of related work experience required
  • 4+ years of demonstrated experience in compensation, benefits, total rewards, HR analytics, HR Operations or a related field required.
  • Advanced excel skills including lookups, data validation, pivot tables, and the ability to analyze and reconcile large datasets required.
  • Demonstrated experienced maintaining and administering key HR systems and benchmarking tools for purposes of compensation, benefits, payroll or reporting.
  • In depth knowledge of global compensation and benefit practices, market benchmarking, job architecture, and employee rewards data preferred.
  • ADP Workforce Now and Salary.com experience preferred.
  • WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional, Certified Benefits Professional, or other similar certification preferred.
  • Communicates honestly and with professional candor.
  • Delivers high quality results while embracing assumed responsibility.
  • Meets internal and external customer requirements with clarity and speed.
  • Works collaboratively across teams and functions and demonstrates sound judgement when handling confidential information.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in assigned country without visa sponsorship
