AI Summary

The specialist will own end-to-end new product launches, including keyword strategy, listing optimization, and performance monitoring. They will also drive conversion rate optimization and analyze catalog data to identify and execute growth opportunities.

About the Role

Beauty by Earth is a natural beauty and personal care brand. We are hiring an Amazon generalist to own new product launches and the ongoing growth performance of our Amazon catalog. This is an ownership role, not a task role: you will run launches end to end, drive conversion rate optimization on your portion of the catalog, analyze performance data, drive changes through to completion, and report on results. You will work alongside our Marketplaces Operations team, CRO Specialist, and PPC agency, and you will be accountable for outcomes, not just execution of assigned tasks.

You are an experienced Amazon listing and growth specialist. You are equally comfortable building a launch plan, digging into Search Query Performance data, diagnosing why a listing's conversion rate dropped, and coordinating PPC support for a ranking push. You are technical and data-driven: you do your own analysis in spreadsheets and Amazon reporting tools, you form hypotheses, you implement changes, and you ensure you got a positive result. You take full ownership of your piece of the business and proactively expand your scope. This is an ownership role, not an analyst.

What You Will Own

  • New product launches (end to end). Project-manage every launch: launch plan development, listing creation and optimization, keyword strategy, ranking targets, coordination with CRO and PPC, and post-launch performance through to established organic rank.
  • Relaunches. Identify and relaunch underperforming ASINs with a clear plan and measurable targets.
  • Conversion rate optimization (assigned catalog portion). Actively drive CVR on launch products and an assigned portion of the catalog — title/copy/image/A+ testing priorities, price and offer tests, and review of conversion drivers — coordinating asset creation with the CRO Specialist.
  • Keyword ranking. Track and manage keyword rankings across launch and core catalog products; run ranking strategies and corrective actions when positions slip.
  • Catalog growth analysis. Analyze Search Query Performance, market share, pricing, and competitor data to find growth opportunities; turn findings into prioritized actions and execute them.
  • Performance monitoring & follow-through. Monitor listing performance (sales, CVR, CTR, BSR), diagnose issues, implement fixes or drive them to the right owner, and verify the result — owning the outcome, not just the flag.
  • Reporting. Own weekly launch and catalog performance reporting: what changed, why, what action was taken, and what the result was.
  • Cross-functional coordination. Work with the Marketplaces Operations team (listings, account health), CRO Specialist (assets), PPC agency (traffic), and Operations (inventory readiness for launches).

Skills & Experience Required

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience managing listings and launches for a brand or agency (US marketplace required; CA/international a plus).
  • Proven track record of successful new product launches: launch planning, keyword ranking strategies, and driving products to strong organic positions.
  • Strong conversion rate optimization experience: split testing (Manage Your Experiments or similar), PDP optimization, A+ content strategy, and pricing/offer testing.
  • Working knowledge of Amazon PPC — able to read campaign data, set launch advertising strategy, and direct an agency or PPC manager (hands-on campaign management a plus, not required).
  • Strong analytical skills: advanced Excel/Google Sheets; fluent with Amazon reports (Search Query Performance, Business Reports, Brand Analytics) and tools such as Helium 10 or DataDive.
  • Amazon SEO and listing optimization: keyword research, indexing, and copy optimization.
  • Self-directed and accountable — demonstrated history of owning outcomes, following changes through to verified results, and expanding scope without being asked.
  • Excellent written English and clear, proactive communication; comfortable in a remote, async team.
  • Located in South America (preferred) or with consistent US business-hours overlap.

Nice to Have

  • Beauty, personal care, or consumables category experience.
  • Experience working with external traffic, DSP, or affiliate programs.
  • Project management experience leading launches across multiple stakeholders.

Hours & Structure

  • Full Time : 40 Hours per week
  • Remote - U.S Time Zones - EST/EDT or CST/CDT
  • English Proficiency : Native or Fluent-level written and spoken English is required

Compensation

  • Pay Range – based on experience.
