Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls & assist patients
- Verify insurance & update demographics
- Manage referrals, faxes & medical records
- Explain insurance benefits
- Coordinate with providers & clinical staff
- Handle administrative/data entry tasks
- Maintain HIPAA compliance
Compensation:
$5/hr – first 90 days
$6/hr – after 90 days
Biweekly | Wise
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Medical receptionist/VA experience preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette & customer service
- Strong organizational & multitasking skills
- EHR/EMR experience is a plus
- Reliable computer & internet
- Willing to use Time Doctor & HIPAA-compliant virtual desktop
