The Opportunity

As an AI Solutions Product Owner, you will own the vision, roadmap, prioritization, and successful delivery of AI-powered products and internal platforms within the Echez portfolio, including solutions such as Xales and future AI-enabled capabilities.

You will work at the intersection of business, technology, customer experience, and innovation, translating complex business needs into scalable products, features, and AI-driven solutions.

This role requires someone who can effectively collaborate with leadership, engineering, AI specialists, operations, marketing, sales, and customers while ensuring that product investments generate meaningful outcomes, measurable adoption, and long-term business value.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field.
  
• 8+ years of overall professional experience.
  
• 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or similar product leadership roles for SaaS, cloud, data, or AI-enabled solutions.
  
• Experience working within Agile environments and leading multidisciplinary teams.
  
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing technologies, including platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Odoo, and Zoho CRM.
  
• Experience managing backlogs, roadmaps, requirements, and release planning.
  
• Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning concepts, including Generative AI, NLP, recommendation systems, predictive analytics, AI Agents, and multi-agent architectures.
  
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), and modern software ecosystems.
  
• Understanding of Prompt Engineering, AI governance, Responsible AI principles, and AI product evaluation.
  
• Experience creating user journeys, customer experiences, sales funnels, and process automation workflows.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  
• Experience working with Azure DevOps, Jira, Planner, Trello, or similar tools.
  
• Knowledge of security, privacy, and compliance frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA.
  
• Startup, high-growth technology, or innovation-related experience is highly desirable.
  
• Professional fluency in English is required.

What You'll Do

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for AI-powered products and digital platforms.
  
• Translate customer, business, operational, and compliance needs into clear product requirements, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
  
• Own and continuously refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer value.
  
• Collaborate with engineering, AI, architecture, operations, security, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality product releases.
  
• Lead discovery activities, customer interviews, market research, experimentation, and product validation initiatives.
  
• Define epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and evaluation frameworks for new capabilities.
  
• Design and optimize AI-enabled customer experiences, workflows, and business processes.
  
• Ensure product documentation, requirements, architecture decisions, and knowledge assets remain accurate, searchable, and reusable.
  
• Coordinate release planning, deployment readiness, adoption monitoring, and post-launch improvements.
  
• Establish acceptance testing standards and validate product increments against business, quality, and risk requirements.
  
• Embed Responsible AI, security, privacy, transparency, and governance practices into the product lifecycle.
  
• Monitor product performance, adoption, AI utilization costs, customer feedback, and business outcomes to guide future roadmap decisions.
  
• Partner with leadership teams to align product investments with strategic business goals.
  
• Drive continuous improvement of product delivery processes, AI capabilities, evaluations, and governance frameworks.
