We are an international consultancy expanding audience and revenue for leading radio and media organizations across Australia and the United States. Operating with a lean specialist team and multiple fast-moving products and projects, we need a high-impact operational partner who loves building systems out of chaos, testing advanced LLMs, and driving initiatives to completion.

As the founder's primary operational partner, you will act as the "finisher" to the founder's "visionary"—owning end-to-end execution, building custom AI automations, and keeping cross-border projects progressing without micro-management.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 🚀 Project Execution & Finishing: Turn founder ideas into structured, finished outcomes; keep specialist teams and contractors accountable; and drive project momentum independently.

• 🤖 AI & Workflow Automation: Identify manual bottlenecks, build reusable prompt systems, automate data extraction/cleaning, and streamline batch file processing using ChatGPT and Claude.

• 🛠️ Team Enablement Hub: Serve as the first line of operational support for internal team members, clearing roadblocks before they escalate.

• 📂 Process Systematization: Turn messy administrative tasks (file organization in Google Drive, contract tracking, record retrieval) into clean, repeatable SOPs.

• ✉️ Delegated Communications: Draft, manage, and respond to high-priority correspondence and follow-ups on the founder's behalf using sound business judgment.

• 📱 Content Coordination: Oversee LinkedIn distribution by transforming founder insights, transcripts, and media into polished posts paired with visual assets.

✅ Qualifications & Skills

⭐ Non-Negotiable Requirements:

• Advanced AI & Data Capabilities: Deep, hands-on experience using LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude) for complex data extraction, prompt engineering, data cleaning, and file parsing (far beyond basic text generation).

• Independent Problem Solver: Comfortable taking loose directives, making sound decisions, and building structured, executable plans.

• QA & Precision Mindset: Meticulous eye for detail to double-check and verify AI outputs for complete accuracy before deployment.

• Flawless Communication: C1 Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) required for shift-long communication.

• Full-Time Commitment: 100% dedicated focus to this single business.
