AI Summary

Design and implement an AI-powered operating environment to automate repetitive work and improve business decision-making. This includes building AI workflows, connecting systems via APIs, and creating executive dashboards for various departments.

This is a remote position.

We're looking for an exceptionally curious and technically minded student who wants hands-on experience implementing cutting-edge AI technologies inside a real software company.

This internship is an opportunity to work directly with the President and executive leadership team on one of the company's highest strategic priorities: building an AI-powered operating environment that helps our business scale faster, automate repetitive work, and improve decision-making across every department.

  • Creating executive dashboards that provide visibility into sales, recruiting, product development, customer success, marketing, operations, finance, and key business metrics.
  • Building automation workflows that reduce manual work across departments.
  • Organizing company documentation into searchable AI-ready knowledge bases.
  • Supporting GitHub repositories, development workflows, and technical documentation.
  • Researching and evaluating new AI tools that can improve productivity and business performance.
  • Documenting every solution so the organization can continue to build on your work.

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Is excited about artificial intelligence and how it transforms business operations.
  • Loves learning new technology independently.
  • Enjoys solving complex problems through automation.
  • Has strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Can communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Pays close attention to detail.
  • Is comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Takes ownership of projects from idea to implementation.
  • Documents work thoroughly and build systems others can easily maintain.
