About the role:

We are looking for an AI-Enabled Full Stack Consultant / Client Solutions Engineer who can lead client-facing discussions, understand business needs, and translate them into practical web application and dashboard solutions. This role requires a balanced mix of consulting, software development, data analytics, testing, and AI-assisted delivery capabilities.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working directly with clients and internal stakeholders, using modern AI-powered development tools to accelerate solution design, development, testing, and delivery of high-quality digital products.

Requirements

What you'll do:

• Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering discussions.
• Translate business requirements into web application and dashboard solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and similar technologies.
• Build client health and business performance dashboards that provide actionable insights.
• Integrate and analyse data from multiple systems and sources.
• Define and implement key business metrics, KPIs, data visualisations, and reporting solutions.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot production and application issues while ensuring solution reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, developers, and data teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Drive projects independently from requirement gathering through delivery and support..

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in web application development and solution delivery.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or similar technologies.
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools and prompt engineering techniques.
• Strong understanding of SQL, data modelling, analytics, ETL processes, and reporting concepts.
• Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or custom web-based reporting solutions.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, test planning, and test automation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
• Ability to independently own solution design, development, testing, and delivery.
• Experience working in SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with data APIs, data warehousing, and business intelligence platforms.
• Exposure to Agile, Kanban, AI Flow, or modern AI-assisted software development methodologies.
• Basic understanding of machine learning, AI agents, or GenAI-based solutions
