Salary Package: Mid level: 2–3 years relevant experience, PHP 50,000–65,000/month.

AI Content & Knowledge Specialist

About the Role
An established Australian training and education provider is looking for AI-savvy professionals to support the review, restructuring, consolidation, and transformation of training and knowledge-based content.
The role will focus on using AI tools effectively to analyse existing documents, break down complex information into smaller and more structured components, refine question sets, and produce clear, practical outputs for training, assessment, and knowledge purposes.
This is not an AI Developer or AI Engineer role. The ideal candidate is someone who understands how to use AI effectively particularly how to ask the right questions, develop and refine prompts, critically review AI-generated responses, and turn those outputs into accurate and useful content.

Key Responsibilities
• Review and restructure existing training, knowledge, and document-based content.
• Analyze information contained in PDFs and other source documents.
• Break down large or complex content into smaller, structured and usable components.
• Review, refine, and consolidate knowledge questions and question banks.
• Transform larger question sets, such as approximately 50 questions, into smaller and more focused sets while retaining essential knowledge.
• Use AI tools to analyze, summarize, restructure, refine, and organize information.
• Develop and refine effective prompts to obtain relevant and useful AI outputs.
• Critically review AI-generated content for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and quality.
• Identify duplication, unnecessary information, and opportunities to simplify content.
• Assist with the revision and restructuring of documents based on defined requirements.
• Maintain organized documentation and versions of revised materials.
• Work closely with the client to understand the intended purpose and required output of each piece of content.

Skills & Experience
• Strong practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to write and refine effective AI prompts.
• Strong critical-thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent written English and comprehension.
• Ability to interpret, simplify, consolidate, and restructure complex information.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to independently assess AI-generated responses rather than relying on AI output without validation.
• Comfortable working with PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets, and other digital content.
• Strong organizational and document-management skills.

Preferred Background
Experience in training and education, learning and development, instructional design, content development, knowledge management, assessment development, quality assurance, or documentation/process improvement would be advantageous.
