In this role, you will foster greater team maturity, autonomy, and continuous improvement, enabling scalable agility and driving more effective, sustainable value delivery across Engineering.Requirements:3+ years of experience working with teams in Scrum environments (for external candidates).Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban/Lean) and context-based application.Deep understanding of the Software & Product Development Lifecycle and engineering practices (XP as a plus).Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills (incl. adult learning/training).Proven ability in systems thinking, working across multiple teams and departments.Experience in conflict management, feedback culture, and trust-based relationships.Data-informed improvement mindset: EBM, metrics, forecasting, strong remote collaboration skills.Proficiency in English and Ukrainian languages.Responsibilities:Grow mature, self-managing teams that own their process, decisions, and outcomes.Coach engineering and product roles to make decisions together, without depending on any single point of drive.Partner with product management on scope and clear goals.Facilitate the hard conversations a team cannot yet run — and hand facilitation back.Diagnose what blocks team autonomy and address it with evidence, not opinions.Use AI in your own coaching practice.Escalate systemic blockers above the team level with data and a proposed direction.Support org-wide change initiatives.What to expect from us:Growth & Development: Clear career paths, mentorship opportunities, and access to continuous learning to help you reach your full potential.Flexibility & Well-Being: We provide flexible work arrangements and initiatives that empower you to manage your schedule effectively, stay productive, and thrive both personally and professionally.Recognition & Impact: A culture that celebrates achievements, values your ideas, and empowers you to make real contributions from day one.Innovative Culture: Be part of a company that embraces new ideas, modern technologies, and bold thinking to stay ahead of the curve.Benefits & Rewards Package: We provide competitive compensation and benefits designed to support you and your family.
