Agent Acquisition Recruiter (Spanish Bilingual) 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Spanish Bilingual Recruiter to support high-volume agent acquisition efforts within the licensed insurance and healthcare sectors. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional with a strong background in life and health insurance sales, and a deep understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and overall health insurance operations.

The Purpose of Your Role

The Agent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for providing top-tier applicant experience throughout the onboarding process. The recruiter will manage the onboarding workflow, be expected to meet class and yearly metrics and provide a diverse talent pool of contractors across all Liveops clients.

The ideal candidate would be comfortable with changing and competing priorities, have an ability to be creative in funnel optimization tactics, marketing and lead collection and engagement, and be comfortable with a metrics driven environment

The Qualifications We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience required
  • 3+ years of experience in Recruitment, with 1+ years in HR or project management preferred
  • Spanish, English Bilingual required
  • Proven experience recruiting for licensed life and health insurance roles
  • Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and healthcare insurance terminology and compliance
  • Experience and knowledge with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and CRMs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Self-starter, sense of urgency, works well under pressure, ability to work remotely
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed

Key Responsibilities and Job Duties

  • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates with a focus for life and health insurance and healthcare, including those with Medicaid/Medicare expertise.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines regarding hiring practices, especially within an Independent Contractor model.
  • Promote the company image to candidates and external service providers.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate outreach, candidate re-engagement campaigns.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to a make data driven decisions on ideal candidate personas to find high caliber agents for each client.
  • Utilize ATS and CRM tools to track candidate pipelines and ensure compliance with hiring processes.
  • Build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs in insurance and healthcare verticals.
  • Deliver a top-tier applicant experience throughout the client recruitment process.
  • Meet class and yearly metrics, providing a diverse talent pool of contractors across all clients.
  • Other duties assigned within the scope of this position.
