Affiliate Partnership Manager (Beauty Creators, DACH)

VYBE is a German beauty-tech brand: AI-powered shade matching in under 30 seconds, hybrid skincare-infused makeup that improves your skin while you wear it, and Europe's first antibacterial makeup tools. We are building an army of creators who talk about VYBE every week.

Employment: Full-time

Compensation: $800 to $1,000/month (depending on experience)

Tasks

Goal

Recruit, activate and retain high-quality affiliates and UGC creators in the German-speaking beauty niche who consistently create content about VYBE. Your north star: number of active affiliates posting per month and affiliate-attributed revenue.

What you will actually do

• Build and work through target lists of German-speaking beauty, skincare and lifestyle creators (nano and micro, roughly 3k to 100k followers) on TikTok and Instagram, sourced via hashtag research, competitor tagging and tools.
• Send 50+ personalized outreach messages per day via Instagram DM, TikTok and email, with structured follow-up sequences (minimum 3 follow-ups per lead, tracked in a CRM or sheet).
• Pitch the VYBE affiliate offer: free product seeding (Skin Tint plus antibacterial tool set), commission per sale, personal discount codes and performance bonuses for top creators.
• Onboard new affiliates with ready-to-use content briefs built around our angles: the 30-second AI Shade Match reaction, the dirty-brush hygiene hook, and the "makeup that treats your skin" story.
• Keep affiliates active: monthly content challenges, leaderboards, new product drops, fast payouts, personal check-ins.
• Report weekly: outreach sent, reply rate, activation rate, posts published, revenue per affiliate.

Requirements

Must-haves

• Exceptional persuasive written communication and sales skills, your DMs get replies because they feel personal, not templated.
• Fluent German (C1 or higher) for creator outreach, plus solid English for internal communication.
• High-volume outreach with relentless follow-up, you treat "no reply" as "not yet".
• Highly disciplined and resilient to rejection, you hit daily activity targets without supervision.
• Proficient with ChatGPT and Claude for personalizing outreach at scale.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with affiliate or influencer platforms (e.g. UpPromote, Shopify Collabs, and TikTok Shop).
• Existing relationships with DACH beauty creators.
• Experience in beauty, skincare or D2C e-commerce.
