YOUR NEW JOB:

As our Superstar Welcome Agent, you’ll guide and inspire our members to find their happily-ever-after love. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our potential clients—qualifying leads and setting up appointments with our Sales Team. Your work directly contributes to helping our members find love and build a future together.

About Us:


We are a company with a 15-year track record of SUCCESS in 3 industries: online dating services, immigration consultations, and travel package sales. We are looking for experienced/freshers, results-driven Sales Agents and Coordinators to support our dynamic sales team.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Make outbound calls to potential clients and schedule consultations with the Love Specialist.

  2. Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails, converting interest into scheduled appointments.

  3. Provide a positive, professional, and welcoming experience to all prospective clients.

  4. Follow up with clients via SMS, email, and calls when needed.

  5. Learn continuously about our services, ads, and client-facing materials.

  6. Meet and exceed appointment-setting targets and KPIs.

  7. Update the CRM and internal systems with client information and outcomes.

  8. Collaborate with team members and support departments to ensure a smooth handover.

  9. Identify recurring issues or concerns and report them to the Manager.

  10. Take initiative to improve processes and contribute ideas for team success.

Who You Are:

  1. At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting.

  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  3. Great listening skills and attention to detail.

  4. Professional phone etiquette with a warm, persuasive tone.

  5. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

  6. Organized and able to multitask efficiently.

  7. Comfortable with flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

  8. Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.

  9. Able to work independently in a quiet, dedicated workspace.

  10. Tech-savvy with reliable fiber optic internet (minimum 50 Mbps).
