As part of its international expansion strategy, the company is strengthening its footprint in the German market, identified as a key region for future growth. This hire aims to accelerate commercial development and establish strong relationships with local hospitality players.
💼 ROLE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are currently seeking an Account Executive (Germany) to join the sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle and driving new business growth across the German market. Your main duties will include:
Managing end-to-end sales processes: from prospecting and qualification to closing deals and onboarding handover
Conducting consultative sales conversations with hotel decision-makers, understanding their needs and aligning them with tailored solutions
Generating and maintaining a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, industry events, and on-site visits
Collaborating closely with Business Development Representatives and Marketing to optimize targeting strategies and messaging
Engaging with multiple stakeholders (operations, revenue, IT, finance, etc.) and navigating complex sales cycles
Keeping CRM data accurate and up to date, ensuring reliable forecasting and clear deal progression
Sharing market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence with internal teams (Product, Customer Success, Marketing)
👨💼 CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 4 years in B2B SaaS or tech sales, including at least 2 years closing mid-market or enterprise deals
Technical skills:
Proven expertise in consultative selling (discovery, demo, negotiation, objection handling)
Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus)
Ability to build pipeline independently through outbound efforts
Languages: Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken)
Personal qualities: Strong communication skills, autonomy, resilience, customer-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach
Nice to have: Background in hospitality technology or experience selling into hotel groups, as well as familiarity with industry tools (PMS, guest apps, etc.)
