Affiliate Manager - iGaming - Remote

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Affiliate Manager to lead and grow our affiliate program across the South Asia and Southeast Asia (SEA) crypto casino markets. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing high-performing affiliates and partners who drive crypto player acquisition and revenue growth in the region. This role requires strong local market knowledge, an understanding of crypto/Web3 gambling audiences, and the ability to build lasting partnerships with affiliates who speak to those markets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies tailored to South Asian and SEA crypto casino audiences, driving player acquisition, deposits (crypto & fiat-to-crypto), and revenue growth.

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, media buyers, streamers, influencers, and crypto-focused partners across target markets (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia).

• Manage and grow relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring strong engagement and long-term retention.

• Negotiate commission structures (RevShare, CPA, Hybrid), contracts, and promotional deals suited to regional affiliate expectations and crypto payout norms.

• Monitor affiliate performance using tracking platforms, analyse traffic quality, conversion, and player LTV, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.

• Stay current on crypto casino, iGaming, and Web3 gambling trends, competitor affiliate programs, and new game/product launches relevant to South Asia and SEA.

• Ensure affiliate marketing activities comply with local regulations, licensing requirements, and responsible gambling standards in each target market.

• Provide regular, accurate reporting on affiliate performance, player acquisition, and revenue metrics to leadership.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, VIP/CRM, product, and compliance teams to align affiliate strategy with broader business goals.

• Resolve affiliate inquiries, disputes, and payment issues (including crypto payouts) promptly and professionally.

• Build and manage local, native-language affiliate networks, supporting partner performance and aligning local efforts with regional acquisition and revenue targets.

• Represent the brand at regional iGaming and affiliate conferences/events across Asia.

The Successful Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 4+ years of proven experience in affiliate marketing within iGaming, crypto casino, or online betting (B2C).

• Strong existing network of affiliates and partners across South Asia and/or Southeast Asia is highly preferred.

• Solid understanding of crypto payments, wallets, and blockchain-based gambling platforms.

• Fluency in English required; proficiency in a regional language (Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Bahasa, or Thai) is a added advantage.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Analytical mindset, comfortable working with affiliate tracking software and performance data to drive decisions.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple partners and priorities across time zones.

• Working knowledge of compliance and legal considerations for iGaming/crypto affiliate marketing in the region is a plus.

• Willingness to travel within the region for partner meetings and industry events.
