Affiliate Manager Crypto

We are looking for a hands-on Affiliate Manager (Crypto) with a background in crypto casinos and iGaming. In this role, you will scale high-quality traffic, expand our affiliate network, and manage deal economics for maximum profitability.

In this role, you will:

• Source, onboard, and activate new affiliates, webmasters, and media buying teams in the Crypto iGaming niche.

• Structure, negotiate, and launch deals across various models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid).

• Evaluate deal economics: calculate LTV, ROI/ROMI, traffic profitability, and overall margin.

• Monitor key product and conversion metrics that impact traffic revenue (CR, FTD, Retention, NGR).

• Manage, nurture, and scale existing affiliate relationships, constantly optimizing terms based on performance.
  
  Skills you’ll need to bring:
  

• Crypto iGaming Experience: Strong understanding of crypto-focused traffic sources and hands-on experience working with crypto casinos.

• Established Network: Well-established network of affiliate partners and webmasters within the iGaming industry.

• Deal Modeling: Proven track record working with CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deal structures.

• Unit Economics & Analytics: Ability to evaluate deal economics, project LTV, and assess profitability alongside key product metrics.

• Traffic Acquisition Specifics: Deep knowledge of affiliate acquisition dynamics across various channels (SEO, PPC, Social, Streamers, Crypto Media, etc.).
