| Job Summary: |
The Administrative Officer 2 (Regulatory Multi-Specialist 2) coordinates and supports operations across all sections of the Regulatory Divisions, ensuring efficient and compliant regulatory processes. This role performs complex regulatory work to assess applicant compliance with state laws, Tribal/State Compacts, and Event Wagering and Fantasy Sports regulations in support of licensure activities. The position also maintains critical regulatory databases and ensures the Division consistently adheres to all applicable statutes, regulations, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.

Knowledge:
The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Database entry, cash handling, filing and basic accounting functions.
Skill:
Skills in organization and customer service are needed. Professional telephone etiquette. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Complete assignments in a timely manner. Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with the direct chain of command to keep them fully informed of all activities within the Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts Commission.
Ability:
Maintain confidential files and records Ability to work in a stressful environment. Able to establish and maintain effective work relationships.
