The role will involve providing day-to-day administrative support, including tasks like pricing updates and general office duties, with exposure to e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (E-COMMERCE)
Responsibilities as an Administrative Assistant (E-commerce):
• Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and email handling
• Update and maintain product pricing and information in company systems
• Provide support to the operations team with order processing and reporting
• Assist with maintaining accurate records across systems and files
• Liaise with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion
• Learn and adapt to new systems and processes as required
Qualifications as an Administrative Assistant (E-commerce):
• 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative role (essential)
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify (essential)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and proactive approach
• Exposure to inventory management systems such as Cin7 (bonus, not essential)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
