Minimum of 2 years experience in an Administrative, Back Office, Compliance Support, Workforce Support, or similar role is a plus.
Previous experience supporting Australian clients or businesses is highly preferred.
Proficient in Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (basic to intermediate level).
Experience managing employee records, databases, compliance documentation, and reporting.
Strong data entry and record management skills with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems and platforms efficiently.
Experience working in a remote/work-from-home environment is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with strong time management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Proactive, dependable, and results-oriented.
Manage email correspondence and administrative inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain accurate employee and contractor records across multiple business systems.
Review, upload, and organize compliance documents, medical records, qualifications, and certifications.
Ensure all workforce records are complete, up-to-date, and audit-ready.
Generate and maintain compliance, workforce, and operational reports.
Monitor training records and support learning and development administration.
Maintain data accuracy across databases and internal platforms.
Collaborate with Australian stakeholders and internal teams to support day-to-day operations.
Provide high-quality back-office and administrative support in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
