Ideal Candidate Profile

What You'll Bring (Experience)
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an Administrative, Back Office, Compliance Support, Workforce Support, or similar role is a plus.

  • Previous experience supporting Australian clients or businesses is highly preferred.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (basic to intermediate level).

  • Experience managing employee records, databases, compliance documentation, and reporting.

  • Strong data entry and record management skills with a high level of accuracy.

  • Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems and platforms efficiently.

  • Experience working in a remote/work-from-home environment is an advantage.

  • Provide high-quality back-office and administrative support in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
