The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Regional Vice President and his/her reportable. Includes preparation of executive level reports and presentations, budget development and task management tracking, correspondence and filing. May also provide assistance/guidance to others as required. This position requires the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and work well with other departments. Performs other job duties as assigned.

Work Location: This position is remote. The preference is for candidates who reside in the following states: Connecticut, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire or Maine. However, we are open to considering qualified candidates located in other U.S. states, subject to business needs and applicable employment requirements.
