HIRING: Cold Caller Virtual Assistant

We are building our talent pool for experienced Cold Caller Virtual Assistants who are confident communicators and thrive in outbound sales environments. The ideal candidate has experience making high-volume outbound calls, qualifying leads, overcoming objections, and booking appointments for clients across various industries.

Responsibilities

Outbound Cold Calling

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients


• Follow provided scripts while maintaining a natural, engaging conversation


• Build rapport and confidently handle objections


• Present products or services clearly and professionally

Lead Qualification

• Identify qualified prospects based on client criteria


• Gather and verify lead information during calls


• Update lead statuses and notes accurately in the CRM


• Escalate qualified opportunities to the sales team

Appointment Setting

• Schedule appointments and consultations for clients


• Coordinate calendars and confirm meeting details


• Send follow-up reminders when required


• Maintain an organized appointment pipeline

CRM & Documentation

• Maintain accurate call logs and activity records


• Update CRM systems with detailed notes after each interaction


• Track call outcomes and follow-up tasks


• Ensure all customer information is accurate and up to date

Performance & Productivity

• Meet daily and weekly call volume targets


• Achieve appointment-setting and lead qualification goals


• Continuously improve call quality and conversion rates


• Participate in coaching sessions and implement feedback

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, outbound sales, or lead generation


• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and strong communication skills


• Confident handling objections and engaging with prospects over the phone


• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Zoho, or similar


• Familiarity with dialer systems is an advantage (Aircall, PhoneBurner, Five9, RingCentral, Vicidial, Mojo Dialer, etc.)


• Strong active listening and persuasion skills


• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently


• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment

Compensation

• $5/hour


• Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday


• Night Shift (US Business Hours)
