We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a full-time Accounts Receivable Representative in our Payment Posting (Refunds) team! In this role, you'll play an important part in ensuring patient accounts are accurate by reviewing billing activity, resolving payment discrepancies, processing refunds, and working with insurance companies and patients to address account concerns. What's Available:

• Full-time – 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)
• Monday – Friday, 8-hour shift between 7 AM -5:30 PM
• Department: Payment Positing (Refunds)
• Location: Onalaska, WI, on-site training
• Remote eligible role after training, must resides in WI, MN, or IA

What You Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of work experience, preferably in a medical facility, insurance company, or office setting required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with medical billing and third-party payor processes is a preferred
• Successful completion of core competency testing for Accounts Receivable Representatives after training
