The Accounts Payable Analyst will manage high-volume credit card transaction processing, including receipt review, coding, and monthly reconciliation. Additionally, the role supports core accounts payable functions such as invoice processing, vendor payments, and month-end closing activities.
At JC Davis Ventures, LLC dba JC Davis Power, we keep work moving with smart, reliable solutions that allow our people and our partners to stay safe, focused, and ahead. Powering a jobsite shouldn't be a hassle. But too often, crews are left waiting, equipment breaks down, vendors go dark, and deadlines slip.
We started JC Davis Power to fix all of that. We're a full-service jobsite operations partner, delivering and maintaining temporary power, climate control, and tower lighting. All with one reliable crew. No handoffs. No confusion.
We show up, solve problems, and do the work the right way. Whether you're supporting customers in the field, building systems behind the scenes, or helping drive the business forward, you'll be part of a team that values reliability, accountability, and getting the job done.
Simple - Reliable - Done Right!
As JC Davis Power grows, so does the number of company card transactions our crews and teams make every day. As our Accounts Payable Analyst (Credit Card Transactions), you'll own that process from receipt to reconciliation. You'll review and code 75+ card transactions a day, reconcile monthly statements, and track down missing receipts and discrepancies. You'll also support core AP work, including invoice processing and vendor payments. Today the split is about 60% credit card work and 40% AP. Over the next 6 to 12 months it will shift toward credit card work only, as card volume grows.
This is a focused, high-volume role with a steady rhythm. Most of the month is consistent and routine, with a heavier push at month-end. It's a good fit for someone who likes clearing a queue and getting every detail right.
This is a remote role, but candidates MUST BE here in Texas.

Accounts payable support: Process PO-based vendor invoices with three-way matching and enter them in Bill. Respond to vendor questions and help reconcile vendor statements.
Month-end close: Work with AP to make sure all credit card liabilities are recorded accurately before month-end close.
