About This Role:

iRhythm is currently seeking an Accounting Specialist for our order-to-cash (OTC) team. Our work environment is fast-paced, with a collaborative atmosphere. Most of all, we are passionate about delivering innovations that improve the quality of health care and the patient experience. We are looking for like-minded individuals to join our team today!

OTC responsibilities may include,

• Generate and distribute accurate and timely customer invoices
• Monitor customer accounts for overdue invoices and follow up with customers via phone or email for collection or resolve payment issues
• Resolve customer billing inquiries and account issues through research, reconciliation, and collaboration with other teams internally and externally
• Establish and maintain good customer support to facilitate on-time collections, exercise good judgement and escalate invoicing concerns when appropriate
• Identify data integrity issues and analyze data and process flows for process improvement opportunities
• Assist with pulling supporting documentation for audit requests
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

About you:

·         Have an Associate and/or Bachelor degree, preferred in Accounting/Finance

·         Demonstrate knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting skills (debit/credit)

• Self-motivator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in preparing and entering transactional data
• An effective communicator and good listener who can multitask to solve cash application and billing issues
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to communicate proficiently in English, both oral and written
• Tech savvy and a fast learner with strong knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Comfortable working with large volumes of data (as much as a million lines in Excel)
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and work well under pressure
• 2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced and collaborative office environment
