The Role

You’ll take ownership of our accounting operations—managing day-to-day activities, improving processes, and providing insights that drive decision-making. You’ll report directly to the CEO and have the unique opportunity to build an accounting function from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Manage AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger activities
- Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal policies
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning with leadership
- Establish scalable accounting processes and systems
- Collaborate across teams to ensure financial accuracy and transparency
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
- CPA or other relevant certifications strongly preferred, but not required
- Experience in the MSP industry or a similar services-based business strongly preferred
- Proficiency in accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Hands-on, proactive approach—you’re not afraid to dig into details
