This is a remote position.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Qualified Accountant to join Evercam's finance team. You will own end-to-end financial reporting for the parent company of the Evercam Group, while helping improve finance processes as the business continues to scale.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, and building efficient finance operations in a fast-growing technology company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the month-end close process and preparation of management accounts.
  

• Prepare software and hardware revenue reporting.
  

• Perform intercompany reconciliations and support group consolidation.
  

• Prepare and reconcile inventory balances in collaboration with the Operations team.
  

• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
  

• Prepare accruals and prepayments.
  

• Reconcile key balance sheet accounts, including fixed assets, deferred revenue and employee share scheme balances.
  

• Support audits and other financial reporting requirements.
  

• Assist with finance process improvements and automation initiatives.
  

• Provide support on ad hoc finance projects as required.
  

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant with 0-3 years PQE
  

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  

• Comfortable working with Google Sheets, experience with Zoho Books is an advantage but not essential.
  

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  

• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
  

• Interest in construction, technology, finance systems and process automation.
  

• Experience in inventory accounting or multi-entity environments is a plus.
