Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Property/Casualty Account Representative to join our team in a part-time, remote capacity. This role is sales-focused and centered on helping customers with auto and home insurance needs through consultative conversations and proactive follow-up.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking for flexible hours while staying actively engaged in a sales role.
Schedule:
- 20–30 hours per week
- Remote position
- Schedule options include:
- Tuesday / Thursday / Friday
- Tuesday / Thursday with a floating Monday or Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell and service personal lines products, including auto and homeowners insurance
- Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend appropriate coverage options
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to close sales opportunities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Accurately document activity and maintain customer records
- Meet individual sales activity and production expectations
Requirements:
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Prior experience selling auto and home insurance
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage a part-time schedule effectively
