AI Summary

The role involves conducting outbound cold calls to U.S. business owners to generate leads and managing the onboarding and ongoing support for active clients. You will work directly with the founder to maintain client relationships and ensure project success.

Company Overview

Our client is a growing web design, development, and digital marketing company that builds custom, relationship-driven websites for U.S. small businesses. Rather than cookie-cutter solutions, their team pairs marketing, design, and backend expertise to build sites tailored to each client's goals — plus ongoing hosting, maintenance, technical support, and SEO. They keep upfront costs low with monthly-payment plans and treat every project as a long-term partnership, staying involved from the first consultation through launch and beyond.

Your Role

The client is looking for someone how will become the company's first dedicated point of contact for both new prospects and existing clients. In your first 30-90 days, you'll pick up outbound cold-calling to gauge interest in new or improved websites, and take over onboarding and check-ins for the active client base. You'll report directly to the Owner/Founder, who will personally train you on their low-pressure, consultative sales approach. This is a full-time role and there's real room to grow as you prove yourself.

You’ll:

  • Cold-call U.S. business owners to find out whether they have a website, whether it needs an update, and whether they're a good fit — turning conversations into qualified soft leads for the founder to close

  • Guide new clients through onboarding once a project is sold: gathering what the team needs, answering early questions, and keeping things moving

  • Check in with active clients on their project, answer routine questions, and flag anything that needs the founder's attention

  • Stay in touch with past clients after their project wraps, both to maintain the relationship and to spot opportunities for future work

  • Log every call, lead, and client conversation so nothing falls through the cracks

  • Learn the company's sales style hands-on, working directly alongside the founder

You Bring:

  • Fluent, clear spoken English — you'll be cold-calling U.S. small business owners, so this is a hard requirement

  • Genuine confidence picking up the phone and talking to people who don't know you yet

  • Strong written English for email and light documentation

  • A self-starting, persistent attitude — comfortable with rejection on cold calls and able to structure your own day without heavy hand-holding

  • Some client-facing experience (customer support, retail, hospitality, call center, agency work, or similar) that shows you can hold a conversation and build rapport

  • Strong organizational instincts to keep an active list of leads and clients from slipping through the cracks

  • Based in Latin America, with a reliable connection for calls and video meetings during U.S. business hours

Bonus Points:

  • Prior experience in outbound or cold-calling sales, even outside a formal SDR role

  • Experience at a digital agency, marketing company, or other services business with U.S. clients

  • Familiarity with a CRM or lead-tracking tool

  • Interest in growing from a sales-heavy role into a broader account-management role as the company scales

What’s Offered:

  • Fully remote role, based anywhere in Latin America

  • $800-1,200 USD/month (full-time), with room to move to a commission or blended salary-plus-commission model as you bring in new business

  • Direct, hands-on training and mentorship from the founder

  • Genuine ownership of both the outbound and account-management sides of the business

  • The chance to shape a brand-new, evolving role as one of the company's first dedicated client-facing hires
