The Account Manager is responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.

This position reports to the SEA Sales Manager and is part of the SEA Energy+ working remotely to cover Indonesia.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Responsible for leading all Indonesia Leverage Market commercial activities.
  • Manage revenue of $1.5MM, Order planning $1.8MM, Margin’s & Price Increase.
  • Assure attainment of financial and strategic goals while maximizing the return on invested capital.
  • Responsible for executing current and long-range strategic plans and initiatives according to the global strategic plan.
  • Leverage Market Indonesia – Mining – within the assigned scope & implementation of GTM & CP Management.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Working with SEA Leverage Leader on Toplines along with Margins & Pricing is Key for his Key A/c’s & also team members A/c’s. Adhere & Implement Energy+ Standard Work (Sales Management, Funnel Management, Channel Management & Value Selling)
  • Execution of strategic goals by communicating tactics based on Clean Energy, GTM, Segmentation – A & B & CP management assigning goals across segments / region and ensuring strategic account management at selected accounts.
  • Periodically review Clean Energy @ User of Leverage Market, GTM, Service Initiatives and adapt business priorities based on market environment, market and customer requirements, regulatory requirements, competition, and Pall Corp.
  • Identify new business opportunities via active collaboration with STS, Marketing and Business development activities.
  • Work with Support functions – ComOPs, Finance, Legal & General Admin and ensure seamless work-relationship & align Pall Industrial KRI’s / Goals with their KRI’s.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

  • Ability to travel – 50% travel, overnight, within territory or locations
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • People management.
  • Channel partner management.
  • Mining industry experience.
