Account Manager

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join one of our clients' teams. You’ll support the day-to-day operations of client accounts, ensuring deliverables are on track, timelines are clear, and communication flows smoothly. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and with senior experience in client-facing roles who thrives in dynamic agency environments.

• Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Location: Open to candidates based in LATAM
• Language Requirement: Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2)
• Modality: Hybrid (only for candidates in Caracas, Venezuela) / Remote

Responsibilities

• Client Communication Support: Support client communication by preparing meeting notes, documenting action items, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Project Coordination: Track project deliverables, timelines, and updates using Click-Up, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align on priorities, clarify needs, and move tasks forward.
• Task Management: Monitor and organize project tasks, flagging blockers and supporting the team in staying on track.
• Reporting Assistance: Help prepare regular updates for clients, including performance reports, status summaries, and budget tracking.

Minimum Requirements

• 5 years of experience in digital marketing or client services.
• Proficiency in English at C1 level.
• Proven experience working with U.S.-based clients.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience using project management tools.

Desired Skills

• Experience using Click-Up.
• Background working with B2B clients or in the tech services industry.
• Background in digital marketing agencies or client-facing project roles.
• Comfort working in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Experience with international clients or fast-paced teams.
