Position Summary

HealthRev Partners is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive – New Business Development to drive growth within the home health and hospice industry. This role is responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building a sales pipeline, conducting discovery meetings and product demonstrations, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate is comfortable prospecting, building relationships with decision-makers, and managing opportunities throughout the entire sales process. This position is ideal for a sales professional with at least two years of experience who is looking to grow their career in healthcare sales while earning uncapped commissions based on performance.



Essential Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, networking, and industry events.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit, needs, and sales readiness.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospective clients' operational and revenue cycle challenges.
  • Schedule and conduct virtual product demonstrations.
  • Present HealthRev Partners' solutions in a consultative manner that aligns with client needs and business objectives.
  • Develop proposals and assist with contract negotiations.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development resources to maximize lead generation efforts.
  • Successfully manage opportunities through all stages of the sales process, including prospecting, qualification, discovery, demonstration, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales activity, pipeline, and revenue goals.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
  • Communicate customer feedback, market intelligence, and sales activity to leadership.
  • Represent HealthRev Partners professionally at conferences, trade shows, and industry events as needed.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate sales activity, forecasting, and opportunity management within Salesforce CRM.
  • Complete proposals, sales documentation, and follow-up activities in a timely manner.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect and customer interactions.



Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Experience prospecting and generating new business opportunities.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable conducting virtual meetings and presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Preferred

  • Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform.
  • Experience selling professional services, SaaS, healthcare services, or business solutions.
  • Knowledge of the home health, hospice, healthcare revenue cycle, or post-acute care industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
